xentop

so you will see like these:

Mem: 16776044k total, 832024k used, 15944020k free    CPUs: 8 @ 2500MHz

* Mem: 16776044k total = 16 GB RAM
* CPUs: 8 @ 2500MHz = 8-Core CPU
