+ Configure VNC Server
vi /etc/sysconfig/vncservers VNCSERVERS="1:myusername" VNCSERVERARGS[1]="-geometry 1024x600"
if you used multi-user, setup like these:
VNCSERVERS="1:myusername 2:otheruser" VNCSERVERARGS[1]="-geometry 1024x600" VNCSERVERARGS[2]="-geometry 1024x600"
+ Configure vnc user
# su - myusername $ vncpassword $ vi .vnc/xstartup
## add some configuration like these

$ chmod 755 .vnc/xstartup
+ Restarting vnc and start vncserver when booting
/etc/init.d/vncserver restart chkconfig vncserver on

you can using Remmina to connect vnc.
